So, after a long hard time of working, studying and doing to many other stuff, I finally fulfill a big dream. Go out for traveling again. Chosen country: Canada. Plan is to go out for a lot of hiking, biking and discovering as much as possible from the local nature. And yes, via bicycle ... and a trailer Duration of that trip will be something about 6 month.

After a long flight over Greenland a no view to the ground I arrived in Calgary. I couldn't get the connection flight, so a bunch of really friendly airport stuff helped me out to get the next possible flight, find the way to all the check-in stations and get through all the security checks including the one for my bike (there might be some explosive in .... ). The flight from Calgary to Vancouver was a dream, first at all the typical squares of houses in Calgary seen from the air .. all looking like a world out of toys. After that 250 km of Mountains in various different forms an heights. Together they looked like a ice-field ...
In that moment I realized how big my planing is ... my plan is to go around all those mountains with my bike in the next six month. I would like to discover many of the valleys and lakes.
After my arrival in Vancouver during the sunset (that is a big city ), I went with my aunt to her place. Nearly ever car was bigger then the ones in Europe ... prejudice confirmed.
After that long day I went right to the bed. I am sleeping in a really nice little house 5 meters away from the ocean. Beautiful view in a cozy cottage.
The first trip to a local light house and a little trail are already enjoyed and the planing of the next weeks is in work!
So from now on there will be some News and pictures quite often, I try to keep it short and simple.
